The Defining Leadership Programme looks at how leadership affects our lives whether it is on the street, in work, in school or playing on a team. This programme aims to help young people define leadership and how it fits into the world they live in.
The programme begins with 12 weeks leadership training,leading to to a group challenge and finally progressing to the opportunity to put learned skills to practical application through being supported to work with others through Challenge for Youth's summer programme.
